Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

6.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including job listings, Q&A posts, comments, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant OnlineTeflJob Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

7. Restricted and Prohibited Activities

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
