Bright Future English is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated online ESL teachers to join our growing team of educators. In this role, you will deliver engaging, interactive English lessons to young learners aged 5 to 15, helping them build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Our curriculum is carefully structured around communicative language teaching principles, with a strong emphasis on making learning fun and meaningful for children and teenagers.
Classes are conducted one-on-one or in small groups of up to four students, using our proprietary virtual classroom platform equipped with interactive whiteboards, digital flashcards, gamified activities, and real-time progress tracking. You will follow a structured lesson framework covering vocabulary building, grammar in context, phonics for younger learners, and conversation practice for older students. Each lesson is 25 minutes long, and teachers typically deliver between 15 and 25 lessons per week depending on availability and scheduling preferences.
